Opened meeting at 6:05 p.m. in prayer by Mark Brassard

  1. Next meeting scheduled for May 14th at 6:00 p.m. at Calvary Community.     
    • Team Rosters due at this time.
    • Game softballs, schedules and scorebooks will be handed out.

  2. Elections for officers
    1. President
      • Mark Brassard willing to continue in office.
      • No new nominations.
    2. Discussed combining Secretary and Treasurer.
      • Current secretary, Tammie Schill willing to continue in either secretary position or combined Secretary/Treasurer position.
      • No new nominations.
    3. Vice President position open.
      • Lonnie Bopp nominated
      • No other nominations.
    4. Rules advisors remain the same, Geary Enbody and Sandy Vancook.
    5. Motion made that offices be filled as stated, motion had a second and passed.
    6. Elected Officers:

  3. ASA Representative, Kathy brought rosters and new rule books, also informed coaches that they can sign their teams up for other ASA tournaments.


  4. Discussed Portable Toilets. Motion made to keep everything the same, motion had a second and passed.


  5. Field Maintenance
    • Paid $500.00 last year, discussed raising that amount.
    • Suggestion made that we keep the pay at $500.00 and then give up to a $100.00 bonus at the end of the season if the job was done well and if the funds are there.
    • Motion made to leave this decision to the board's discretion, had a second, and passed.

  6. Closed meeting in prayer at 6:45 p.m.
